For festivals
The live schedule for your festival.
What’s on every stage right now, on guests’ phones and the screens on site. When a set moves or a stage closes, post it once.
When the plan changes.
Sets run late and stages close. Post it once, and every phone and screen shows it.
A set runs late
Move its time. Every open Board shows the new time, with the old one crossed out.
A stage closes
Close it from the Live page. Every phone and screen shows it as closed until you reopen it.
Everyone needs to know now
Turn on Urgent for weather or safety news. It leads every Board until you resolve it.
Built for a festival line-up.
- Every stage at onceAdd a room for each stage. The Board shows what’s on in all of them, side by side.
- Closing a stageOne action on the Live page, and one more to reopen it.
- Screens on siteThe foyer screen works on any screen with a browser, with the QR code always on screen.
- Import a line-upFrom a CSV or Excel file, checked row by row before anything is added.
Can guests see what’s on every stage?
Yes. With two rooms or more, the Board shows what’s on in every one right now, and the full line-up stage by stage.
What if the signal on site is poor?
The Board keeps the last version it had, says when that was, and catches up by itself when the connection returns. It never shows an old line-up as current.
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code on a poster or a screen, and the Board opens in their phone’s browser.
