Opening a Board
- Open a BoardScan the QR, or type the six-character code.
- Private BoardsOpened only by their QR or link, never by a code.
- What guests see offlineThe Board shows when its information may be out of date.
- A Board that can't be foundThe code, whether it was published, and the week after the event.
- Questions from guestsAdmission, the venue, a speaker and a cancellation are the organiser's.
- Starred sessionsGuests star sessions on their own phone. Organisers cannot see that list.
Creating a Board
Your schedule
- Add your scheduleA title and Enter: each session carries on from the last.
- Import a programmeAdd a whole schedule from a spreadsheet: CSV or Excel.
- Import your speakersAdd speakers from a spreadsheet, then choose them on each session.
- Undo an importThe latest import can be undone for 24 hours.
- TopicsUp to 12 topics on an event, and up to 3 on a session.
Publishing
- Publish your BoardCheck what’s left, publish, then share its code, poster and foyer screen.
- Setting up the foyer screenOne address on any screen with a browser, read from across the room.
- Print or export the programmeAn A4 programme, or a CSV of every item.
- PreviewSee the Board as a guest would, before anyone else can.
On the day
- Posting on the dayA notice, a change to a session, or an urgent update.
- Running latePush this session and the ones after it back by 5 to 60 minutes.
- Scheduled noticesWrite a notice now and post it at a time you choose.
- After the eventThe Board stays up for 7 days, then closes. The event stays in your account.
Paying for Pro
- Paying for ProAn Event pass for one event, or Pro yearly for all of them.
- See how many guests opened your BoardAnalytics shows the opens for each day, and the total.
- Add slides and files to a sessionPDFs guests open from the session, once it starts.
- Cancel Pro or get a refundManage billing opens Stripe, where you cancel. Refunds within 14 days.

- Free, an Event pass, or Pro yearlyOne published Board is free. A pass is one event. Pro yearly is the workspace.

Account and workspace
- Sign inGoogle, or a link we email you. There is no password.
- People in your workspaceInvitations use a team seat. Owners manage the plan.

- The right accountAn event that isn't listed is usually a different sign-in.
- Delete an account or a workspaceSettings sends a one-hour link. Deletion cannot be undone from chat.
