Cancel Pro or get a refund

Changing your card, downloading receipts and cancelling all happen on Stripe’s page, opened from CueDuck.

Steps

  1. Go to Settings, then Plan, and choose Manage billing.
  2. On Stripe’s page, choose Cancel subscription. Pro yearly stays until the end of the year you paid for. To keep Pro, renew on the same page before then.
  3. For a refund, reply to your receipt or email hello@cueduck.com within 14 days of paying. For an Event pass, ask before its event starts.

When Pro ends

The workspace goes back to Free: one published Board at a time and 3 team seats. Nothing is deleted, and Boards already published stay up until they finish.

If a payment doesn’t go through

Stripe tries again for seven days, and Settings shows Update card. If it’s still unpaid, the workspace goes back to Free.
