Paying for Pro
Pro adds custom branding, brand colours, a Coming soon banner, a custom link preview, scheduled notices, analytics and files on sessions. One event is one Board, however many rooms, screens or guests it has.
Steps
- For one event, open it and go to Look or Analytics, or to a session’s Files on the Schedule, then choose Get an Event pass. It’s £29, once, and lasts from now until the event finishes. If your free Board is already in use, Publish offers the same pass so this one can run beside it.
- For every event, go to Settings, then Plan, and choose Get Pro yearly. It’s £149 a year: 5 Boards published at once and 10 team seats.
- Pay on Stripe’s page, then come back. CueDuck confirms the payment with Stripe, usually in a few seconds, and says when Pro is on.
Who you pay
You pay CueDuck, and Stripe takes the payment: we never see your card. No VAT is added. Stripe emails your receipt.
Only owners
Only a workspace’s owners can buy or change Pro. Everyone else sees what the workspace has, and who to ask.
Running several events?
From about 5 events a year, Pro yearly costs about the same as 5 passes.
How long an event can be
An Event pass covers an event of up to 14 days from its first day to its last. Buying it early does not change that. Making the event longer than 14 days is refused: use Pro yearly.
