How it works

From your schedule to every phone in the room.

Set it up once, before the day. On the day, post a change once: every guest’s phone and the screen in the foyer show it in seconds.

  • Free to publish
  • No guest app or account
  1. 01 Before the day

    Type in your schedule

Type a title and press Enter. Each new session starts where the previous one ends, in the same room and for the same length, so most entries need only a title.

    • Rooms as you go, and a session held in two
    • A clash shown before you add it, with a one-tap fix
    • Nothing is public until you publish
Your schedule, as your guests will read it.
  2. 02 Publishing

Put the QR on the door

Publishing gives your Board a six-character code and a QR. Download the poster for the door, and open the foyer display on any screen with a browser.

    • A poster, and a QR file for your printers
    • A foyer display, read from across the room
The foyer display, with its QR always on screen.
  3. 03 On the day

Post once. Every open Board and the foyer screen show it.

When something changes, post it from your phone. Every open Board and the foyer screen show it within about 10 seconds, with the old time crossed out.

    • A notice, a moved session, or an urgent update
    • Urgent leads every Board until you resolve it
    • Nobody has to refresh, and there’s no app
Coffee moved to 11:45: every phone shows it, with 11:30 crossed out.
  4. 04 When the signal drops

Clear when it may be out of date

Phones lose signal at events. Every Board says when it last changed, and says so when a check runs late. If the phone has no connection, it says “Offline · showing 11:04”; if the phone is online but CueDuck didn’t answer, “Can’t reach CueDuck · showing 11:04”. Either way it keeps the last version it had.

    • The time of the last change, always on screen
    • Countdowns stop when they can’t be confirmed
    • Catches up by itself when the signal comes back
The foot of every Board: current, then out of date and saying so.
  5. 05 Afterwards

    It winds down by itself

When the event finishes, the Board shows its final version and remains available for seven days. After that, it closes.

    • The schedule and every change, kept readable
    • At the same address, for seven days
    • Your event stays in your account
A finished Board, as a record.

Three Board shapes.

One thing at a time, several rooms at once, or one main moment. It follows the rooms you add. Each Board answers the question your guests are asking.
