Publish your Board

Publishing makes your Board public. Before the event starts, its code opens it with a countdown; once the event starts, it goes live by itself.

Steps

  1. Open your event and choose Publish. It lists what’s left, each linked to where it’s fixed. Warnings never block you.
  2. Publish. The Board’s code opens it straight away.
  3. Share it: copy its link, choose Download poster for the door, or QR file for printers (SVG) for your own print.
  4. Choose Open foyer display on the screen in your venue.

Private Boards

A private Board’s long code is never shown on screens or posters. People open it by scanning its QR or following its link.

The picture with the link

WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other apps show a picture with your Board’s link: CueDuck’s card, with your event’s name, days and code. With Pro, you can upload your own in Look: 1200 × 630 fits exactly, and your banner or any landscape picture is fitted for you. Apps remember a link’s picture, so a link already sent keeps the old one, and LinkedIn can take up to a week to show a new one.
