Look: themes, the banner, and the link picture

With Pro, or an Event pass on that event, Look is where the Board's branding is set. On Free, Look shows sample events instead of the controls.

Steps

  1. Open the event and go to Look.
  2. Choose one of the ten themes. Guests see that theme. Colours are not typed in.
  3. Turn on the Coming soon banner for before the event starts.
  4. For the picture on a shared link, upload a landscape image. 1200 × 630 fits exactly. Any landscape picture is fitted.

A picture apps have already fetched

WhatsApp, LinkedIn and iMessage can keep a picture they have already shown. A link already sent can keep the old one, and LinkedIn can take up to a week to show a new one.

A duplicated event

Duplicate keeps the look on the copy. Guests see the CueDuck theme until that event has Pro or a pass.

Reporting an image

Guests can report an image from the Board's footer. Reports go to hello@cueduck.com.
