Running late, speaker profiles and the Look tab
Push a session and everything after it back in one update, give speakers photos and bios, and choose the words guests see for your rooms.
This week is about the day itself: what to do when the programme slips, and how speakers and rooms appear to guests.
For organisers
- Running late: on Live, push a session and everything after it that day back by 5 to 60 minutes, in one room or every room, as one update. You see what moves before you post.
- Speaker profiles: a photo, a role and a bio for each speaker. On the Board, a session shows its speakers' photos, and each speaker opens a profile with all their sessions.
- Name your rooms: choose what guests call your spaces (rooms, stages, halls, theatres or tracks) and what happens in them (sessions, talks, acts or shows), or use your own words.
- Settings: your name, the workspace's name, Team and Plan in one place. You can also delete your account or a workspace there.
Pro
- The Look tab: ten themes, your logo and a Coming soon banner, on guests' phones, the foyer screen and posters.
- Scheduled notices: give a notice a day and time, and CueDuck posts it within a minute of then.
Accessibility
- Screen readers now hear moved times in full ("23:28, moved from 23:18") and which sessions are on now.
